Shipping is £5.95 plus VAT* for orders to most of the UK mainland.
*price excludes VAT and is only available to England, Wales and Southern Scotland
For orders over £95.00 plus vat (not including the set up fee) shipping is free of charge*
Highlands of Scotland : £16.95 plus vat.
Scottish Islands: £25 plus vat
Northern Ireland: £15 plus vat
Isle of Mann: £24 plus vat
Jersey & Guernsey: £25.95 plus vat

Orders usually take 2-3 weeks however we can often meet earlier deadlines. Please contact us if you require your order for a specific date. We must emphasise that deadlines cannot be guaranteed but we will endeavour to deliver by the date required. We cannot be liable for any 3rd party costs incurred should an order not reach you in time.
All packages are sent out by our courier, DPD. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and can arrive any time between 9am - 5pm. You will receive an email or text message from the courier service to let you know the day of delivery.
All packages require a signature upon delivery.
As from 1st January 2021 we cannot unfortunately ship to Europe.

We are pleased to offer a no-quibble refund/cancellation policy on garments which have not been embroidered or printed, which is in addition to your statutory rights. Please advise us of your desire to cancel asap after placing your order. Should your plain (non-embroidered or printed) purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 7 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Customised goods (embroidered or printed) are exempt from the 7-day right to return and are non-returnable except for genuine defects. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not happy with your order, and once the garments are returned to us, within 10 working days, we will send replacements.
If a fault is found within the first six months of purchasing your garment please contact us and we will do our best to make a repair or replacement.
Any fault after six months will be viewed as fair wear and tear.
