Pricing

All prices for garments are including 1 embroidered logo.  Maximum size 15cm by 15cm.

If no size has been stipulated we as professional embroiderers will use our "best judgement" and scale the size of the embroidery to suit your garment.

Prices do not include vat.  This is added at the checkout.

Postage and packaging is charged at £8.50 plus vat* per order (* this does not include Northern Ireland, Ireland or any other country outside the UK, where costs will vary)

There are no set up fees for text embroidery or an image taken from our stock catalogue.  For customer own logo's there is a one off set up charge of £19.95 plus vat for digitising.  This only has to be paid once and we hold your logo on file for future orders so the charge will not apply again.

Delivery is available outside the UK but you will need to contact us before hand as there is an additional charge.  Please email us on infowhittakersembroidery.co.uk so we can give you accurate costing. (More info on international shipping in FAQ's)

We have tried to make the site as simple as possible. The customer can give all detals of their order, be given a price, finalise the order and pay for it, all on-line!

However some customers may require something a little different or of a complex nature. We would advise any customer who has a logo over the specified size or perhaps requires more than 1 embroidered logo on each garment to contact us.  We understand it can be frustrating if you have ordered on-line and paid for the garments and we contact you with additional costs. One of our team will then email you back a quote (usually within 24hrs) with all costs involved and give you a final price. We hope this is more helpful to our customers.
